IT'S OKAY TO BE NOT OKAY
- Most of the times we battle with our own self , that cluster of thoughts and emotions, which hunts us. They are quiet difficult to resolve, Why is it so....what am I doing.... whatever I am doing is that right for me or not....
- There are bundles of thoughts that comes to everybody's mind for sure but the only thing we should do is ask ourselves..
- Is that giving me happiness.. and if I do this, will I be happy or after some time this will be blunder for me.
- Honestly people do try to find answer in there way or I should say they ask others or take confirmation from others.
- You all have your own answer but most of us don't know how to find them......so ask questions to your own self....rather than to others and whatever reply comes first from your inmost is always correct for us..... but most of the times we don't listen to that voice.. maybe it is too difficult for us to do so or that is an extreme truth which is very difficult to accept. so we don't follow that voice and conflicts arouse...
- There can be another way : write good and bad points on a page and check which side of the coin is more helpful or clear to you..
- People do talk about the conflict between heart and brain but it is more about what we want from ourselves. basically we want, whatever we do should be right or never been pointed out as a wrong decision by other or I should never have any regrets but the truth is we all face that feeling of regret most of the times.
- We never thought if I have never regretted why I have taken path where I find so my monkeys who can harm me in any way. Then how I will thought to take another path which have no monkey or may be I try to find some solution. maybe I will learn hanuman chalisa and start reciting it while crossing that path.
- So without being in any difficult situation we can't find any solution. So don't scared of being in a difficult situation until and unless you are not part of it you won't be able to learn something new....
